Please suggest me medicine to get rid of nerve weakness... Burning sensation, tingling in hands and leg

Hi, today i noticed mild swelling in area between top and back head. Swelling is not visible to outside. But by touch only i can feel. Having loose scalp or skin in the area. No redness in the area. I have diagnosed with deviated nasal septum and bilateral maxillary sinusitis before 6 months in mri report. Getting headache in back and top of the head. Getting burning sensation also in hands, fingers, legs,  back of body and in face. Please suggest me for treatment.

I sometimes wake up to acute muscle pain and numbness of fingers sometimes for days . The pain subsides with a pain killer but the numbness remains for days

Actually I suffered from one bike accident and I got 9 stitces over that. I'm suffering from headache since last 23 days. It's get more painful when I start studying. A physician suggested me for Grenil, Pan 40 and a Cetrizine. Can you suggest me any treatment, plz ?

I'm having pain in the middle of head. When I place my hand, it always sense hot and hard. I got injured 3 years back in the middle of head and it was swollen. Sometimes, I feel like something is moving in my head while walking. Moreover, I'm having pain below my left eyebrow and above my left eye. When I touch it, I feel lot of pain in that area.

My wife having lower back pain and fever. I attached MRI reports. Current doctor told us that my wife have to go through surgery. I want to know is realy surgery required in this case?

Hello doctor कुछ दिनों से सर में 5 मिनट के लिए तेज दर्द होता है फिर ठीक हो जाता है ऐसा दिन भर में एक दो बार हो जाता है। ऐसा क्यों होता है और इसका इलाज क्या है। बी. पी. भी अधिकांश लो रहता है। किसी भी तरह का कोई दवा नहीं चल रहा है।

When ever I travel to any where I have so badly pain in my head it's very painfully .so please give me good suggestion
