I feeling tired all the time and hands and legs are paining and nerves are shivering some times and I want to loose weight.. Now Iam 69 kgs and I wnt to becm 56 kgs

Need to make yourself active and do cardio exercises daily. Use a trainer to help you out with ur routine. Diet to need to be taken care of same. Thanks
