I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis post a fall on a flight 2 years ago. I dont have any pain, it was detected due to slight discomfort that I felt on sitting and getting up. Recently I went on a Roadtrip post which my lower back and left leg was tingling for an hour or so. On rest it was ok. Any precautions?

Pain in my leg ,wens prob
I have a pain in my right leg from so many years. The pain is from the knee till ankle.It pains like anything.If i sit for latrine i cant get up because of pain.I have consult to the best doctors also,taken MRI report also.Doc cant catch the problem properly.Doc r saying wens is getting press between bones.Plz suggest.

Thin wrists
I'm a 23yr male with height 5'8" and weight 63kgs. I've a very thin wrists with all the nerves clearly visible.Overall my hand is a thinner one. Even a girl's wrist looks stronger than mine. I feel ashamed due to this sometimes. So I prefer wearing full sleeves,also I can't wear any expensive watches.
