My mother gets pain in the part of her hands just above the wrists. It gets swollen up. Sometimes the fingers also swell mostly after she has done a lot work. The same thing also takes place in her ankle joints but partially. Her neck and shoulders also pain. Which specialist doctor should we consult?

Knee pain since 2.5 years
I got hurt in knee while I was travelling in Mumbai local train. It's been more than 2 years now. My knee is paining 24/7 since then. I have shown it to 8 different doctors till now however it's not getting cured. Have done MRI twice however it shows normal. I cannot fold my knee.
