I am having a wrist pain since last 2 weeks
Sometimes the pain increasing if u do some heavy work with left hand or ride bike for long time. The pain increasing till my knee b i feel no power in my hand.
I consulted a physiotherapist, according to him there is a problem in the TFCC.
