Disc bulge

Sir, I have disc bulge problem, and visited orthopedist who is known to us and he always prefer physiotherapy. So,i taken physiotherapy 15 to 20 sittings and fine, later doctor given MEAXON PLUS t and CCM Tablet for 60days... but I used tablets for only 4days and after that my husband sudden death due to cardiac arrest, I visit village and no rest to back, no tablet, no exercises... Any how very little care taken on backache.. Not much pain in village. After 25days of incident I visited back city again.. tried for exercises but huge pain.. now permitted to bed most time.. After two days of visiting city at night I got pain at lower back bone and to sides, no pain to legs.. As orthopedist who treated me left abroad, so I asked to assistant doctor ( who give treatment on machine ) of orthopedist.. So he suggested Lyrca & CCM., due to allergic on Lyrca to me now after use for 5days, now taken treatment at physician.. Should I continue exercises? or take MRI scan and visit physiotherapist?

Questionable non-traumatic neck injury.

As I awoke yesterday, I laid supine and lifted my head from my pillow to reposition it underneath. I heard and felt a loud "pop" in the back left region of my neck that did not correlate to my neck cracking. I immediately experienced immense pain and was unable to move my head without crying. I physically could not turn my head left or tilt it left. I struggled getting out of bed due to the severity of the pain. I applied ice, took a hot shower, and applied icy hot to only get some relief. It's been a full day and I am still experiencing severe pain and immobilization on the left side of my neck. I am able to now turn my head to the left to some degree, but cannot tilt my head or surpass the minimalized turning radius without excruciating pain. Can you tell me what happened and if this may resolve itself, or if I should seek help?

Severe headache followed by joint pain

Occasionally I will have a headache in which I will see what I call "lights" in my left eye prior to getting the headache. If I can catch it quickly enough and take a Tylenol or Ibuprofen and eat something, the headache will go away. If I go ahead and get the headache it will last for 2 or 3 days. This has happened occasionally throughout my life. Just recently, I 've had 2 of these headaches. Both lasted 2 days. Over time the headache starts to go away but them my joints start to ache. It usually starts in my neck and moves down to affect my knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, and fingers. Tylenol or Ibuprofen usually kick the pain and swelling feeling, but these symptoms will last for days, even a couple of weeks after the initial headache.
