I twisted my ankle 4 months back, there is still pain at times after running or while climbing a staircase. There is no visible soreness or any other mark on the affected area. Not a continuous pain it is there on somedays and feels normal on other days.

Pain should usually go away after 3 months but sometimes if a ligament I jury has happened pain may last upto 6 months so I will suggest to get an MRI high quality done of your ankle to rule out any ligament tear and show to nearest orthopaedic doctor
