Pain at the back of Heel Bone
Dear Sir/ madam,
I'm a Soccer player and playing it for about a decade now. I have suffered from various injuries over the years and have recovered quickly.
But for the past 5 to 6 months I'm having pain at the back of my heel bone (insertional achilles part) on both the legs. If I press the spot at the back of heel I can feel the pain.
I did consult few doctors. No bursa/spurs found in X-rays. They provided some treatment but the pain still exists.
Pain increases whenever I sprint or jog for long time or even walk after being idle for sometime.
For the past 2 months, I'm have not stressed my legs with any kind of physical activity along with prescribed treatment. But still no improvement. It's really frustrating and I'm afraid regarding my health now.
Kindly guide/advice me on what should be the effective way in treating my problem.
Thanks in advance
Naveen

Excruciating pain in the pain since this morning after I sneezed. I've had 2 relapses of slipped disc in the last 10 years, have always fixed it with some medicines, ointment and yoga. Is there a permanent fix without any surgery?

Lumbar spinal fusion
I'm 26 with L3/4 and L4/5 disk degeneration and my ortho wants to remove and fuse plus pins and screws. Been looking for limitations in life after such a major surgery on the spine. My goals: become a pediatric PA, have kids and be able to play and keep up with them, travel. Extraneous wants are skydiving, bungee jumping, rollercoaster riding, etc... This surgery is part of a lawsuit and I don't wish to be in pain any longer or have this suit drag on, but I want to know what I can do after. I'm afraid of being so limited that my goals and wants in life will go out the window. What is life going to be like after surgery and will I be needing surgery again after so many years because of degradation of the pins and screws?

Knee pain and sometimes in other joints
I have been having knee pain for last one month. It goes on and off. Also, for some days I felt pain in my foot near the ankle but it is fine now.
I play, walk a lot in my daily routine. But right now, my knee starts to pain. Pain is sometimes at the outer sides of knee which restricts knee movement, sometimes i feel pain somewhere inside my knee when I stand for some time without moving or play continuously for sometime. Sometimes I feel pain in folding my knee and cant sit in a folded leg position. Sometimes pain is in the thighs also. Sometime back, I was told that I have tennis elbow problem because I was having pain and swelling in my elbow, right now its ok but i think not as ok as it should be.

Torn Major pectoralis
I am 25 years old. I had an accident around 6 years ago and my doctor told me that my pectoralis major muscle is torn due to trauma. He told me that I would have reduced strength if I don't go under surgery other than that there would be no issue. As I used to play football I didn't bother about the loss of strength in my right arm.
Now back to the current day, I am out of shape as I quit football a few years ago and now I want to get back into shape. My pecs are asymmetrical(right pec is "bigger" than left due to torn muscle ).
So what I want to know is that is there any way I can make them symmetrical?
Will losing fat help?
If I do push ups and lift weights will my pecs become more asymmetrical or will it help?
Any help will be greatly appreciated, I am really worried.

Rotator cuff injury
Injured my left rotator cuff years ago while lifting weights. The pain only arises when I put a lot of strain on it while lifting weights repeatedly.
Who do I see to get it treated. A physical therapist or a shoulder specialist? Or will the shoulder specialist just send me to a physical therapist?
Thanks
