Hi,
This is Ravi. I am doing gym for more than 2 years now and last few months i was facing little Lower back pain right after next day of doing either Deadlift or Squats. I thought it's sourness because after few days pain was normal. But i feel pain is not reducing so i stopped doing these exercise and pain has been gone. But one day i was putting some heavy wait on the floor then suddenly i got worse pain one my lower back, i was not able to stand and not even ab;e to walk that day.
then i took rest for next few days and did only stretching exercise so condition is normal.
But still i can feel some pain only in my Right side lower back. Don't know what it is it feels like something stuck there or don't know?
other then i don't have any pain in my lower back or my legs. Only in Right side of my lower Back i have pain.

There is much of chances of developing disc issues in already fatigued muscle, try giving some more rest then visit any physiotherapist for further assessment and management...
