Left knee pain in front part
Since Oct 2016 i am having knee pain in front part of lt knee. There is a scratchy/ knocking sound while doing knee movement. Climbing and descending is painful. Not able to take load on left knee.

It may be osteochondritis dessicans. Very important to avoid climbing stairs and sitting on the floor. Do regular quadriceps strenthening exercises. Take analgesic on sos basis. It no improvement then visit an ortho surgeon.
