Bone & Muscle problems

I has fallen in temple. It was so deep. My leg has strucked in it. I don't know my leg has rubbed or fracture

I have feeling of vomating and pain ..plz reply as soon as possible...i have attached the image also

Having pain in the back of the neck and shoulder and unable yo sleep because of same and also because of this left side of forehead is also paining some time

I have recurrent shoulder dislocation it has been 10-12 times.pls suggest me my nearly doctor said me to do surgery is it helpful for me ! And can I return to play . ! Having joint pain in many joints including neck but my uric acid level is normal at 4. So I am wondering what could be the case

Pain in lower part of left toe...Unable to walk properly. It happened earlier also. Dr. Told it is gout problem. Uric acid is increased.

I fallen by byke before one month few days after I noticed pain in knee joint and I seen one bone point is looking out side. I went to doctor and did x-ray by doctor but there is no broken or damage . But I am feeling pain in my knee.

I have a golfers elbow from over a year now .. I want it to heal so do we have to do any particular exercises or just rest.

Dear Doctor, My Wife is facing Neck Pain since last one month. She feel relief in a day or two and again it comes back. She is into IT. We consulted Orthopedic Surgeon and he said that it is Muscles Spasum and will goes away in a week or so by exercise and pain relief medication but till yet there is no relief. Request you to please advice.Thx
