Bone & Muscle problems

I have twist in my knee. I have also done MRI of my Right Knee. MRI report says- The study reveals T2/PD hyperintensity in ACL with discontinuity of its fiber s/o high grade partial tear.Grade 1 signal noticed in body of lateral meniscus. As consult by a doctor. He also suggest me for an operation.So my question is- whether he will buy ligament.

I am having a lower back pain in right side . it is since 2 moths but yesterday it increased after I had a game of football and not it so sever that I ccan stand up properly even can lie people and can't stand without support . I have done massage and some gel like move but pain is the same

MRI of the right shoulder joint reveals 1) Rim rent tear supraspinatus tendon. 2) Thickening in rotator interval -? tear. 3) Partial tear subscapularis tendon attachment. Is operation the only solution?

Can't workout and weight lifting small weight because of back neck pain ,started 5 days ago I am diagnosed hypertension stage 1

I have been severely restricting calories for 4 weeks,but I'm not under weight I dropped from 85kgs to 65kgs I'm 5'5 in that 4 weeks, I abuse laxatives but now I'm tired all the time but the constant burning in my back muscles is awful, it does not subside no matter how I sit or lie, is this due to malnutrition and what causes this how do I stop it
