Bone & Muscle problems

I have lower back pain since a year now. It had reduced in between but since I have lot physical work to do it is started again n now it makes me weak n lower spine gives a cooling sensation from inside wherein I can't walk too long n neither sit too long. My legs start paining or I get tired very soon n if I sit in d toilet I get numbness in legs

I can feel a slight pain/pinch in my right side of the neck. 1 and a half month before I was doing push-ups and then I could feel a slight pinch in my shoulder and neck joint area. Then I stopped doing push-ups and have taken rest also. But it has not completed healed or the slight pinching feel is still there. What to do. I am afraid if I start doing gym it may aggravate again.
