Severe back pain
I took an allergy pill sunday morning on an empty stomach and didnt eat for around 3-4 hours after i took it. In the mean time i started getting sharp back pains that made it hurt to pretty much move at all. I couldnt rotate at the hips, bend over, pick things up, or hardly breathe until i sat down. Im not sure if the two are related or not.

Finally got my MRI done and the report says: 1. partial tear involving anterior cruciate ligament 2. linear tear involving posterior horn of medial meniscus Please advice if this need surgery or can be treated through physiotherapy?

Hello I recently met with an accident and did an MRI scan and the report said the ACL ligament has completely been teared off. My question is, is it really urgent to go for an operation(I'm still 21)? Can I wear knee immobilisers/ knee braces and get 3 to 4 week bed rest, will it heal in anyway? Please let me know Thanks
