I've got this lower back pain, it's not actually a back pain but like a nerve or muscle only on the left lower back. Can you please help? This has been happening for me from past 15 years. I'm basically a sportsperson. Appreciate your help Naresh

Since u have longstanding pain, cause of it shud be diagnosed by doing mri and then treat accordingly
