Wrist and forearms bone are not thinker
My height is still increasing but my wrist and forearms bone size (thickness) is not increasing I have very small bone size my age is 21 running is their any way by which my bones size of wrist and forearms can be increased i really have very small bone size as compared to other guys of my age

Lower back pain
I am suffering from lower back pain from 3rd August.
Consulted orthopaedic , who suggested rest for 3 weeks and pain killer(dolo). The pain persisted for 4 days and latter reduced. So had gone to work on 14 th august but the pain reoccured. So took rest till sunday And to work from monday. But by the end of day there was severe pain.

Swelling in the foot due to bone fractur
3 months before, I met had a bone fracture in the accessory bone on left leg, just above the ankle. But still there is a swell in the ankle area that pains.
Also there is little swell in the fracture point. The doctor whom I consulted told, it will be fine after few days, but still it is not reducing.
Any solutions??

Pain and stiff shoulder
I had a fall and while fall use my left on on impact to helpfrom the fall i felt a sharp pain to my wrist. I then move my fingers and wrist and they are ok upto now. However, the morning after the fall my shoulder is painfull and not able to move this is 3 days I'm a bit worried.

Leg wont stop having a spasm
M 14 years old and a couple of months ago i used to have bad problems in my left leg where it used to pop out of place at random time but now it seemed to be going away. a couple of days ago i realized that whenever i put my left leg straight it wouldnt stop having a spasm until i bend my leg whats wrong??
