My left arm joint feeling pain for last
My left arm joint feeling pain for last couple of month. Taking medicine of colatage B ( ative collagen typeII & Bosellia serrata extract ) 2 times a day after food for last 3 month but not relief.
While rounding my arm (left) the pain comes.
It might be my sleeping posture also that pain occurs.

Popping sound in joints
Whenever I rotate my wrists I get this popping sound which is continuous. Same happens which my foot joint where the sound is very highly audible but doesn't happen continuously . Is it safe, if not where shall I start with?

Pain & Swelling between shoulder neck
Have a lot of pain between the shoulder and my neck. There is also some swelling. I applied systaflam and thrombophob but not much relief. Also took Ibuprofen and the pain reduces but after sometime comes back. My movement on the left arm is also restricted.

My left leg hurts majorly at night.
I've been facing this for a month now, and I feel a pain in my left leg when I'm asleep. It wakes me up at night. It hurts only at midnight. By time I sleep again and wake up, it's gone. I'm very tensed about this. Please help.

Broken ankle and excerize
Its 58 days if my bimolleolar ankle in an accident. And plaster removed almost 15days in xray its show one side joined but in fibula still yet to joint a part. When I try to walk with crutch ankle become quite reddish and swets. Please advice should I excerise, walk or wait for few days. Please advice.
