Bone & Muscle problems

I have been experiencing knee pain since couple of months now. i can hear cracking sounds whenever i move my knee again and again. It started after i used to run/exercise a lot ! It feels like knee joint lacks lubrication as well. Age - 29 years old.

Feeling dullness whole day and mild stiffness in foot and ankle muscle in morning. These symptoms persist since 1 month

Uric acid 6.64,cholosterol 196.I have flexible joints.when i am do some works means after sometime i am fealing that my joints are paining.All fingers are also trembling.back pain also occured.body weight also increasing . now 70 kg.height 5.3.i think gouts

I having Psoriasis last three year  last some days suddenly Pain in my leg i checking some test  that found Uric Acid is 6 and deficiency  in vitamin D and B  hemocystein

I m dance teachar sir.my MRI REPORT says that Grade 2 tear of anterior horn & body of letaral miniscus is not reaching upto articular cartilage. Partial tear of fibers of anterior circiate ligament ( 20% to 30 % fibers involving) Sir my injury 1 yrs old ...m not doing dance....plz advice me

I want to consult about by x-ray l.s..spine ap/lat. report shows- no definite bony injury/lesionnoticed at l.s.vertibral region. please tell me that all is ok ?

Had Chikungunya in Aug 16. Joint pain persisted for 3 months, later became ok. Since feb 17 rt shoulder has become stiff with restricted movement and pain. Did MRI and had allopathy/ayurvedic medicines for last 4-5 months. Even left shoulder has started giving problem with pain though movement is free. pain is left ankle and finger joint too .

I am 38 years old my thyroid and uric acid is normal but there is frequently pain in heal form 2,3 years. I have flat feet .plz guide me .thanks

I have a tail bone problem i cant sit properly ,not able to drive long distance on vehicle ...i consult a dr. he gave me medicine name- ultraset, pad d ...something like that and still i have pain dont know what to do.

I've severe low back pain since 1 year, my main problem is when i bend downwards and return upwards i have too much pain and while sleeping i turn anyways right or left my back pains. I'm suffering from uric acid (gout) also.
