Bone & Muscle problems

I suffer from neck and head pain everytime when I take a wrong support , study for hours and day before important exam. Pain starts from neck and reaches head. Sometimes even pain killers are unable to stop it.

I feel like drops of water runing in my legs Ups and down , i can feel it properly where is it now, Pls help

I took this medicine on yesterday night.. after that i woke at 8 am.. i thought i can work properly throughout my day..but i was totally like sleeping upto evening and lastly i slept for 3 hrs form 4 pm to 7 pm.. and still m feeling like headache. Why so?

I was injured playing football a year ago, and didnt play for 6 months. I started badminton after and slowly started playing football a even though I felt that my knee was not as it should be. I felt no pain so continued playing for months untilled I slipped and felt the same pain as I felt when I first got the injury. What should I do? Is a surgery required?

I cannot able to straight my spine in normal time ts is always hunch back while sitting running or in normal position when i notice it then i straight my spine

I am suffering from severe pain from last 6 months. Have consulted multiple doctors, taken steroid injection too & currently going through physiotherapy as well. But pain is not subsiding. My MRI LS Spine says "minimal subcutaneous edema in the sacrococcygeal region". Any recommendations?
