Bone & Muscle problems

Neck pain ,back pain and headache. 5years back my mother met with an accident. Due to that some gap came at neck bone.

At the time of getting up after sitting down my tail born is paining so much , unable to get up quickly , this prob is frm 2 months , my age is 42

My leg joints are paining constantly from 2 days .. i thought it was just common pain .. but it is paining last from 2 days constantly

Sir/madam, i have back pain from 2 years but it pain less some time and some time more some days i am not able to touch other leg because of backpain please help

Sir, I am suffering from ankylosing spondolysis since three years. I feel pain in whole of spine area. Exercise and yoga relieve some of the pain but it is not eliminating completely. Please guide.

My mother is not able to stand on her legs, as her left leg is aching too much. she is able to move the feet but not the entire leg, she is bedridden now. we are not sure what is it Nerve or muscle or bone?

Partial thickness tear of ACL at its femoral attachment. Grade 1tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Grade 1 strain of medial collateral ligament. Minimal knee joint effusion. The above is my MRI detail so need help regarding my query whether it should be operate r not.
