Whole spinal from neck to bottom is pain. I can't see properly and some times when I breath then also pain started

Hello, I was operated for ACL reconstruction and medial meniscus removal(3mm) in 2011 August. Things were absolutely fine till now but on 4th sep 2017,suddenly while coming downwards to stairs , forgot the step and there was a twist and i fall down. I am not able to walk and there is a limping. MRI shows partial tear of ACL and one of the doctors told to go for ACL surgery once again. Please let me know if surgery is really needed in this case ? Will physiotherapy not help in getting he problem fixed ? MRI reports are attached.

Hi, I met an accident around 4 years before and my fingers in right leg got fractured. Then I under gone for an operation and fingers get it placed. But even after such type of operation still 2 of my fingers not in normal position, looks like slightly misplaced. Not much pain but when I walk more or when i play it will pain for some time still. So can you advice me what would I do now.

My mom's leg got broken yesterday and they did a surgery for her and they used hardware and they said she had to lay for 10 days can you give me some suggestionabout how she can go to the washroom or brush her teeth when she can't even move her leg

Last year I had a fall and injured my foot , didn't bother going to the doctors at the time as thought may just be bruising but 16 months on it still hurts and I struggle to walk on it sometimes, could it be fractured even after all this time?

I hurt my toe on Sunday, and it was painful for a couple of hours. Now on Tuesday night, it doesn't hurt much but it's swollen and I can't move it from the middle part. Ie on my other toe, when I bend it, it will bend in two places, but on my other, only the bottom part bends. It's not too sore when I touch it or walk, but my toe just flops when I walk

1.2 years ago in a bike accident my neck of femur bone was broken and it was surgery using 3 screws. But nowadays sometimes when I am walking it is paining.. Is Musterbation effective on it?

My Knee, for some reason all of a sudden started to have pretty bad pain. I wasn't doing any physical activities, I was just sitting down on my chair and got up to stand, but when I tried to sit down, my knee started to hurt pretty intensely when I bend it near to 90-degree angle. I didn't hit it or touch it, I just simply stood up and sat back down, and there came an intense pain in my knee.
