I had a bike accident on 27-Aug. Due to accident my shoulder got dislocated. I want to know whether dislocation is caused by ligament tear and how long will it take to get my shoulder alright? I have received treatment for dislocation and right now I am using an arm supporter. How long I need to use it? I have attached 2 photos, one with dislocation and one post treatment. Please advise

I am having pain in right S.I joint since last 8 months I had taken locally steriod injection but got relief for 1 month only after that taking physiotherapy sessions and medicines like zycel, biofen but pain couldn't Subsidised. I had central palsy mainly spastic type now i can't understand what to do . Please advice?

Suppose i sit few time then when i stand up i fell pain in my knee and cant walk any more. I suggest may doctor, they give me calsium tablet and treet some work out but that could not free from it. I just had an operation on a TORN ACHILLES TENDON, The operation went well & Im recovering well now. My Question is:- Six Weeks after the operation when the Cast is Removed, And when PHYSIO Therapy starts, How many Days Will it take me to start walking about without a Walker ? MINIMUM & MAXIMUM WEEKS ???
