Hi, I feel a very severe pain in my shin after 3 to 4 days whenever I start jogging and ultimately I have to give up. This pain goes after a week or so from the day of stopping jogging. In nutshell, I am not able to continue my jogging schedule due to this pain. Thanks in advance!

2-3 months before when i bent down, i felt severe pain in my right knee.For time being i was not able to walk properly.But as the time passed it was normal within 30-40 days and now i started gym, its too difficult for me to do some workouts i feel the pain again. Plz suggest me something. Can this pain be removed by exercises or i should do something?...

Fallen down from a bike ....having severe elbow joint pain ...went to a doctor ...and he applied a cement plaster ....saying that futher surgry may require...should i go for surgry.

Doctor said to operate for ligament whether I go for titanium bolt or imported button system or melting bolt system which one is better and durable

My wife 32 yrs old, is suffering from pain in right hand. also there are pins and needles in right hand.

I have diagnosed with left foot metatarsal fracture and have got orthopedic cast put on. It's been a week since I got the cast. Is it safe to go-to work? I have a desk job and my office is right near my house.

Respected Doctor's; My mom is already taking medicines for sugar and blood pressure.From last few months she is having shoulder & joint pain.So dad & mom went to an orthopedic doctor and got medicines for the problem.I will attach the prescription and all other details including her blood test report.Please verify the prescription and reply whether she can take this much medicines for joint pain. Doctor described 600000 IU vitamin D injection weekly + daily dose of vitamin D 5000. How can we make sure that bo side effect or overdose with such mega dose ?
