Bone & Muscle problems

So when i was playing volleyball one day I felt a really bad sudden pain in my calf. It hurt very badly for like 30 minutes then stopped. now every time i fall or dive for volleyball it pops and hurts very badly for like 15-20 minutes. what is this?

For last 8 months having bad pain in SI joint region I had tried physiotherapy & taken steroid injection locally. But get relief for some time. It is due to incorrect gait pattern or muscle weakness/ stiffness . My Vitamin d3 is 19 Uric acid 7.2 I take fabucip 80 mg and cap uprise 60k last 3 weeks Should I continue to take the medicin

She always feel pain in joints we have done ayurvadic treatment but not get any relief.so please advice what we can do.

Knee washer has crackdown & there is swear pain continuesly. Physiotherapy is under process since last 4 days.

I already had back ache issue frm 2 yers after mri got to know that there disc degeneration. I used to back ache at one point while bending bckwrd/frwrd. Recently i met with an accident and fell dwn from scooty on my back from height say 3 feet. Its 3 days now pain has been little better but still i have pain as there is blood clotting at one of of hips bear the back. I am having pain at my tail now.i didnot visit any doctor as i waiting if it is fine by itself.please suggest what should be done as i already had back ache. I can walk , can do any task but i have pain at my tail end of the spine.

A leather cricket ball hit my thumb . I have pain , a few swelling , there is pain in folding my thumb. I am very scared if there is fracture or not. I am 14 years old boy. Pls can you advice me

My mother age 54, suffering from osteo arthiritis. Her both hands and both legs are not functioning completely. She is in deep pain. Doctor advised either to take some injection that can only be injectd once (2 doses in 15 days gap) or replacement surgery. I cannot see her pain. Could you be of any help to me except above options. Please suggest

I get an ache in the muscle that extends from groin along inner thigh almost upto the knee. This happens mainly when I am lying asleep and trying to turn over. Then either way I turn the muscle aches when I try to bend my knee. It seems to be fine only in the knee-straight position or if I lie straight and bend my knee several times

Dear ma'am, I am suffering from back problem like slip disc....and doctor suggested to reduce weight... exercise is not allowed at the moment so is it possible to reduce weight just only with diet...how much we can reduce following diet u suggest in a month....please suggest
