Hello mam! If you have a neck pain, you want to get rid of it as soon as you can. One of the best ways to do that is through exercise. Core exercise can help with your neck pain. Your core is your abdomen, back and buttocks. If your core is strong and your holding your head upright as much as possible your neck won't have to work as hard. Hello, the pain can be due to muscle spasm it can either be due to long static position of neck in front of the computer or a pull durning sleep at night or using wrong pillow .please visit your physio and assess it .if there is no swelling heat pack may releive you from pain .
