My left shoulder blade, when i rotate it makes this weird grinding/popping sound, im not really sure. it hurts when i rotate it. it' been like this since i was a kid.

Ten years ago I was playing, jumping ropes and I landed in my ankle, it twisted inwards. Immediately i became numb and tingled, but it was still bery painful. I couldnt put weight on it, it swelled and bruised for many days. I always took it as a sprained ankle but now im not sure. Every now and then i still feel pain when i put sudden pressure on it, for example when running.

Hey! Good afternoon. I had an ACL postolateral bundle sprain and have consulted 2 doctors who said surgery was not need and only quad strengthening was. This was after they saw the MRI. However i can run and sprint and i am a boxer and my knee has never buckled even when squatting and squat jumping. I just feel a bit of pain but its more of an annoyance really. I sprained my ankle a month ago and it has not healed yet, I went for sonar today and they suspect a calcaneal fracture they recommend a MRI to confirm. I can walk on the foot and everything just have pain every now and then. what would the treatment for this be?
