Bone & Muscle problems

I have a problem in my hand were we can wearing the watch.....in left hands...i can not hold the heavy thing more than 10 minutes.and i can not move my hand t my back side and also in morning when i wake up my hand was so painful and it feel like a moch in my hand so plzsuggest me...what i can do

I'm having this pain on my upper left quadrant from few days and I wonder if I should go to a doctor or straight away should do x-ray.

I have knee back side pain from past one month and the cause of this is knee twist

I broke my ankle two months ago and the doctor said it healed, but I can't push off of it or jump without having a lot of instantaneous pain in the area and a slipping out of place feeling.... I'm a basketball player who plans on playing professionally in the near future,, but I can't even jump an inch now... If I loose my ankle it will end my career ..please help... thank you

There are weird spots on the back of my knees that are blueish. They don't hurt but I am concerned

I have been suffering from multiple joint pain from last 10-12 days pain in neck,hands,elbow,knees.But there is no other symptom like fever or swelling in joints.I got my blood tests done as per physician and all reports came out to be normal except ra factor as 26(normal range<15 as written).I also had anti ccp done just two days before which comes out to be negative i.e 6.My doctor suggested me calcium and vitamin d3 tablets.I am quite worried how long this pain will last?What cud be the possible reason for this joint pain?I am not getting any relief from these medicines.Please advise.

I have had lower back pain for 10+ years gradually getting worse .. had bouts of physio but still daily pain ( when I wake up every morning it hurts and when I work it gradually gets worse throughout the day , popping and cracking and leaving me exhausted) . Now in the last 12 months I’m having pain in my right shoulder reducing mobility , pain In my outer hips , base of my thumbs and very painful left big toe when I walk . I’m in daily pain and it’s affecting my every day life - pls help ! X

Sir at the time of walking , up and down on stairs, I feel some pain and voice of cracking from the both knees

Got injection while delivery of baby 2years ago in backbone. And after that she is faces problem of backbone pain very badly. She not even able to sleep at night. In recent 2 to 3 months her problem of backbone increased . Please suggest what Should we do.
