Bone & Muscle problems

My hand got slammed in a door, the majority of the pain and bruising was over my knuckles on my middle, ring, and pinky finger. Swelled up a little bit. Was pretty bruised and ugly for about a week and a half, my pinky and ring finger went numb for 10-15 mins for a while while healing but that stopped too. Now, about two weeks later, I have a strong throbbing pain in those knuckles and a shooting pain when I move the two. I didn’t think something was really wrong but now I’m not so sure. Advice?

I have been having a spasm in neck and shoulder since yesterday morning, both have gone stiff and its pianing a lot. I went for physiotherapy yesterday in dlf phase 1 though I felt bit relax after that but it was just temporary and today when I woke up again both neck and shoulder have got stiff , paining too much. What should I Do?

Thumb movement is restricted due to cricket ball directly hit on my top of the thumb. It's been 10 days still swelling is not going down. I can move my thumb but when I press something it pains and it even takes efforts to press something due to pain.

From last 8-10 days having pain in my sole of right leg as I start walking the pain increases slowly-slowly and don't let me walk properly. Sometimes the pain is so severe I can't even stand.

Hello Doctor, I fell down while stepping down from 5inch height, and my right leg got twisted and crushed against a wall which resulted in little finger bone fracture. As per doctor it is light crack in mid of the little finger bone. He put POP bandage with foot on top of rubber sandal. Now under foot burning due to lack of air flow. Plz advice

Sir,age is 32yrs.45 days before fever is came,on that time observed the joint pains in left forefinger, knees ,foots, toe ,wrist . treatment is done but joint pains are not recovered.what is my problem? which treatment is taking for my problem?

When I sit with crossed legs posture my right outer shin area just below the knee joint hurts . When I sit with my right knee bent allowing my heel to touch buttock (padmasana pose in yoga) iner anterior knee hurts a little which disallow me to sit further more . After them when I straighten my right leg I feel relaxed and numb .
