Cervical pain
I had pain in spine due to heavy lifting on head 3 years ago.after taking rest it was fine .but due to heavy weight training again same problem occurs

• Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.
