Cervical spine
I got cervical spine MRI done and got to know that there is some injury in my cervical spine. The report mentions disc dessication of C2- c3 and c6-c7 levels. Yesterday I was in severe pain and today I am feeling a lot better after complete bed rest. But now my lower back has started to ache and I feel the pain is going in my legs and knees. What can be the reasons? Is it something to be worried about?

Hi. Proper history and examination is a must as we have to treat patients not reports. Meanwhile given your history and MRI findings nothing much to worry about. Would have been better if you would have added MRI film. Check your posture, use hot pads, strengthen core muscles and you can take a short course of pain relief medicines with muscle relaxants if you having moderate to severe pain.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
Health Tips
keep check for any numbness, weakness or tingling sensations

Hello The complete treatment guideline can be given only after a thorough history and examination. As of now looks like there should be nothing to worry. But you should start with the back and postural exercises. Look after your posture while working and sleeping. You can have some muscle relaxants and hot water bag fomentation.

kindly consult for detailed resolution of your complaints
