Vitmain d3 deficiency with 4.3 level. Muscle and pain in legs and below knee

From last three years I have knee problems due to gap between them .I feel very painful while walking and climbing stairs too

Hello, My wife is having knee pain since last one week. It's not the bone that is paining, but the muscle(tendon or ligament) around the knee. Pain is more while climbing stairs. Pain has started after she started jogging recently. Can you please suggest on this.

I have encountered joint pains in knees, leg soles, little on shoulders and wrists in 2013 for first time. Rh factor was negative. Uric acid level was 6-7. I took treatment for almost an year in hyd and other places. All joint pain related medication I took. After that pains slowly came down. I even consulted a doctor in Bangalore one and half year back.That doctor said there is no problem with my joints and said it's actually 'Benign Hypermobility Syndrome' which means that my joints developed little loosely at the young age. Because of which I am facing problem of joint pains. He advised me to do just strengthening exercises. But now again I am getting joint pains since a week in my knee joints. Kindly inform what may be the reason for pains. again.

Hey, My son is 2 months old and he got a pull in his neck at collar bone area commonly called as hasli. He is in severe pain and it is difficult to feed him. Please suggest what to do. Thanks

Knee got injured by falling down on road having pain doing home remedy but no relax and I can't stand on the leg which has been hurt by mistake.

I am a high school runner and i have been having really bad pain on the outside of my left foot kind of near the base of the fifth medatarsal. It hurts to walk and put on shoes, and it hurts to push on that specific spot. This has been going on for a couple weeks now and is very painful and i am not sure what's wrong, my mom is just blowing it off like it's no big deal but i am worried.

Please tell me how to heal it .i am deeply in pain in walking. Morning it hurts more while walking and there is swelling behind the ankle . Whenever behind part of ankle hit any surface it's very painful

My right anklets ligament was tear then I gave rest with 30 days with plaster now my plaster was cut nd there is still swelling nd paining bwhat should I do?
