Cervical spondysis in neck ..... so plz tell me something that i should do to cure that as it cause pain sometime .... suggest me some natural methods ....

I have Cramp in toe and having  swelling . Paining only when i walk. Plz suggest  something to me so i can get rid off.

My left leg hip to foot is in pure pain thr nerve is being treated but im gettig very very bad to my hip and knee to the point its putting me to sleep with pain.

On September 16 when playing kabaddi, my left leg knee as well as right leg big finger was injured. Left leg big finger pain never cured. Right leg knee pain was full recovered. But in october it started to hurt again. I did many types of blood tests. I have vitamin d3 defieciecy. But i took medicines to cure d3 defieciecy. But still i have both left leg and right leg pain as mentioned above. I did ra factor as well as fbs (sugar) blood tests. They also showed negetive. My bone doctor prescribed me some tablets. Now i am on ayurvedic treatment. Still no development can be seen in my both leg pains

I suffered from chikenguniya 1 year ago . Now a days I am also feeling pain in my knees . So is it due to chikenguniya or any other reason

I fell down while riding a bike and after that i had pain in the joint of the thumb connecting the wrist on my left hand. Pain is not very severe but i cant lift or use my thumb properly. i visited a local doc , he gave me some anti-inflamatory , it didnt work! please suggest me what i can do ? is it curable? as it is causing lot of problem?
