Recurring ligament injury
About 2 years ago, I sprained my right foot ankle. 1 year ago, I sprained the same ankle. Since then I have sprained my same ankle 6 more times, total 8 times. All these injuries occured while walking wearing flat footwears. I did not consult a doctor for my first 6 injuries. After my 7th injury, I finally consulted and doc put me in a month long cast. Still I got injured the 8th time. I have been advised to get an MRI scan. What is the solution to this problem?

You need to do physio after the cast..treatment is divided into two parts..first is immobilization and second is rehabilitation
