Knee pain like there is a gap in the knee as mentioned in the x-ray.Also not able to walk properly

From the last 2 to 3 years i was suffering from cervical pain. By the time i feel that problem area has expanded to the lower back side. Now sometime i feel sharp pain at the cervical side or sometime in the lower back side. Pain sometime cross the limit of tolerance that i have to take pain killer. Whenever i consulted with any orthopedician they suggest me some nerve stregthening medicine but their sideeffects lay me down on the bed so i have to stop those medicines. Now, I like to know what should be my line of treatment because doctors told me that i have to take those nerve related medicines in order to cure my problem. Please help me  i am in a great fix. I’ve been in a and e twice with my knee they suspect a torn cruciate ligament in my knee but I can’t see a specialist till next Wednesday and the pain is unbearable I don’t know what to do

Stiffness in hand and legs, feeling clank in body, specially in hand leg shoulder and head

I have a dull ache in the lower part of my back, on the right hand side. I can walk etc. it hurts more when I have to get out of bed or out of a chair.

My mom is osteopenia patient, T-score is( -1.3). I am confused whether to see a orthopedic doctor or Rheumatoid arthritis doctor. Kindly suggest

I recently had a road accident where I dislocated my left shoulder. I have been gradually able to move my left hand through physio for the last one month since accident. Long way to go to get back my hand fully functional - thats what my physio says. However, there is no sense in that part of the hand since day 1. If you touch that part of my hand, I will not sense anything unless and until you put some pressure on it.

I've had joint pain for a while, but it flared badly up last weekend. I saw my doctor and had a blood test. Rheumatoid and autoimmune factors were negative, iron was slightly low, and non-specific inflammation test was slightly abnormal. They refereed me to a rheumatologist. My mom was wondering if it could be Lyme disease. I got a unknown bug bite in early August around a lake, but I'm not sure if it was a tick. I got sick and had thrush about a month later.
