My father is experiencing knee pain since years. The exact location of the pain is front knee cap. There is no swelling on either of the knee joint. Initially the pain was in the right knee now since 1-2 years it has shifted to the left knee. Especially in winters this pain gets worse. I have a doubt that he may be suffering with Arthritis as he feels pain in some other joints also but I am not sure because there is no swelling in any of the joint. This pain becomes an every year tale now. It comes, stays for 1-2 months then gone. But this year it's bit severe and now started moving towards the foot. My father is an healthy man. Non diabetic, Non obese man. Many a times I asked him to consult a doctor but he always resist to do home remedies. Please guide me what could be the problem. Is it fixable by home remedies / exercises or there is an immediate need to consult a doctor. Thanks, Piyush Bharadwaj

I have been getting a pin in my elbow sir. the actual problem which i got with my hand is, one year back i slipped in the crop field and hand got bent. went to doctor near nizamabad and he told me to wear cement patti [ i dont know in english ] and i wore for 40 days. after some days i didn't face the problem but know its paining [ very less pain ] so could you please tell me about my problem why is it paining and what will be the problem and how can i cure it?

I have knee pain from last 1 year. Specially when i bend my knee it increase.

Yesterday all off a sudden I got this message throbing pain in my foot behind my big toe it's very severe and not really able to walk.. Help

I am a Engineering Student, with very less physical activities and no involvement in any kind of sports. I also don't do any exercises regularly. I had two episodes of recurrent patella dislocation, one a month ago and another about 4-5 months ago ... That too without an injury, First episode occurred to me while I was just walking on the floor and fell down and then observed that patella got dislocated and popped back into the place automatically In Second episode, I was just taking the bath and fell down and observed the same. I didn't observed any swelling in the first episode and pain also stopped after few hours while there was some swelling and pain in the second episode which lasted for about 7-10 days. My doctor suggested me to have surgery, even without having MRI. Please suggest me what should I do in this case? Also, what should be the reason for having patella dislocation even without any injury or direct impact in the knee... While just walking or standing in shower ??

Hi Doctor My wife is having nee pain past from 2-3 weeks only while getting down in steps and upon other leg over it and slightly turns to left gets pain only on the nee area.
