Bone & Muscle problems

I've been practicing for high and long jump for 3 months. My left leg knee get internal injury since then it pain whenever I fold it or jump. There is no problem in normal walking. It has been paining since last one month.

My elbow has been burning with pain for 3months now and wakes me up at night

The heal of my foot has started hurting out of no where it's been going on for a couple months now I can barley walk when I wake up

I'm having constant pain in the foot of my left leg. I thought it to be a corn but no visible corn is seen. When I press the area I feel extreme pain. This pain i feel the most in the morning while getting up. I'm a teacher and my job demands constant walking and standing. Kindly help.

I'm 34/F, takes thyrox 100 tablet / day at every morning , now i check my TSH it showed 0.03 , but normal starts with 0.3, here my qn is , how i change the throx tablet value? mean Increase or decrease?

I have taken tramadol at 9am can i take celebrex celecoxib after 31/2 hours?

Hello i am 27 year old female had an accident in 2015 i got my fibula ,tibia and ankle broken after my operation having 6 screws i was suffering from anxiety and back pain reaching to hand on left side as well as my nerve was pinched some times very severly i used to controll it now in month of june i was continued with pain and got it tested and found severe deficiency of vitamin d it was 9.6 and got my esr value 48 and crp is 15.6 with hair fall as one of the symptoms .

I had traffic accident 11 month ago. affected hand wrist joint replaced . The treatment cleared but getting problem,Wrist joint problem and pain thats affected area when I any work or run

I fell yesterday and my left wrist was hit pretty hard on the back of my hand. Today it still hurts pretty badly and I can’t bend it down without it hurting though there is small bruising.
