  4. I can’t move my neck to the left. I do?

I can’t move my neck to the left
This morning I turn my head to the right to look behind me and then I feel a pop on the left side of my neck with. Lot of pain. Afterwards I couldn’t move my head to the left without it hurting so much. Now my head is cricket and hurts to look straight as well. Wat can i do?
