My mother has severe pain back of the head behind her neck and it is difficult to turn to the left side completely. This problem persists for last 1+ years.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. apply hot fomentation.
