Sand noise when i turn my head.
I woke up this morning great with little bit of sore fingers but that is not what i am concerned it is after when i eat my perfect salad that i start tilting my head down and turning it left and right hearing a sand or dry noise in my neck and a little upper also behind my head thers's no pain at all.

Symptoms you are describing are know as BONY CREPITUS. Sound can be created when two rough surfaces of body come into contact—for example, in Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis or when the cartilage around joints erodes and the surfaces in the joint grind against each other. Possibility of cervical Spondylitis needs to be ruled out in your case.
