Bone & Muscle problems

Today I have been sitting like we sit on the ground on my feet's when tried to stand up my legs were aching and after walking few steps I was fainted.

Knee has been hurting for a week after I heard a loud pop followed by sharp pain while jumping up and down. Pain usually on the top and left of kneecap, sometimes at the back of the knee too. No swelling.

About 2 years ago, I sprained my right foot ankle. 1 year ago, I sprained the same ankle. Since then I have sprained my same ankle 6 more times, total 8 times. All these injuries occured while walking wearing flat footwears. I did not consult a doctor for my first 6 injuries. After my 7th injury, I finally consulted and doc put me in a month long cast. Still I got injured the 8th time. I have been advised to get an MRI scan. What is the solution to this problem?

I have pain in my right knee. at first it wasn’t bad but i’m just sitting now and it’s a throbbing pain. every time I was up and down stairs it hurts even more.

I am 18 year's boy. My right arm is weak and also do not perform functions properly.This problem i am suffring from childhood. I am in Tension due to this  problem. please tell me what i can do so that this problem eliminate ???

My labrador is 12years old and since the last two weeks he has stopped getting up. He has no strength in his legs, its almost like a paraylisis. He urinates and excreates while lying down and is in great pain. Please suggest me a good remedy. Also his mouth has many cuts and is rufusing to eat anythng. He drinks only water and lactogen since a few days.

I am Sheetal (Age 26) , Having pain in chest bone , specially when I lift some weight , heavy sneeze , sleep in other side , sudden movement , cramp near chest. I consultant a doctor I was diagnosed Vitamin D deficiency : 11 . He gave me some pills of Vitamin D (Calciroll) but When I take the pills my body swelled. Please advice me a right treatment or doctor.

Is a "high grade partial thickness defect of the proximal patellar tendon" a tear in the tendon?

I have pain in left leg .i have back pain from 1 year during heavy workout but it was not so serious.now someone guide me to yoga stretching exercise for back pain ,cobra pose back bending yoga poses.after doing this pain from butock to centre of foot palm of left leg occurs.10 days already gone taking rest but no improvement. Pain is like vein painig. Plzz guide me thnk u.
