I am diabetic of 31 years of age and I am having numbness of left palm from last 10days and I am having trytomer 10mg and it not decreasing but I am having only 10% of numbness from past 10 days so please let me know if I have to consult a doctor

I've been having a bad back ache for the last 1 week and now it's getting worse...i don't know exactly what can be the reason for it but it's really painful..the pain on the back of the waist
