Pain in knee joint with inflammation
I have unbearable knee pain with inflammation, like Frozen Knee since past 3 weeks. My range of movement is also quite limited, and it hurts a lot while walking, especially on an inclined surface. I can’t move my neck to the left
This morning I turn my head to the right to look behind me and then I feel a pop on the left side of my neck with. Lot of pain. Afterwards I couldn’t move my head to the left without it hurting so much. Now my head is cricket and hurts to look straight as well. Wat can i do?

Vitamin D deficiency
I have vitamin D deficiency.. when tested it was 7 initially which was deficiency level then after dosage of tablets it became 17 and now it is 37.. as far as i know it should range between 30 to 100. i have been advised to take pure d3 vitamin tablets. kindly suggest
