I had an ACL surgery on 15 of October. I am having physiotherapy rehab from 1 month. I want to join my work soon. As my job requires me on feet. Is there any risk to return to my job. Please guide me.

Hi, I've bone disorder for past 7 years, i not sure but symtems are sure it's a bone disorder ( osteomalacia). I already have consulted a doctor, but after i did't have any chenges in my body, still i have joint pain in leg joints, spain and sometime on neck. I want your help to take vitamin d3 capusle for a suggestion..... please guide me . And i'm 19 years old, height is not enough for my age.

Hi, I am a 32 year old adult. I am facing knee pain problem at this early age. I am facing this problem since 4 years now , not regularly but after few months interval. I am having pain below my left leg knee cap towards right side of knee cap. sometimes same happens in right leg also. since 2 months i am running and the pain has increased . please suggest any permanent remedy for this.

A couple days ago I fell and injured my shin bone. Everyday since I am getting more pain in my leg. Allot of the pain stays below the injury. Should I go see a doctor.
