Bone & Muscle problems

I am 57 years old female and i am feeling burning sensation in my leg. I am under treatment of a neurologist since two years.

While travelling in a congested auto carying heavy weight on my lap i started having lower back pain on sitting afterwards.. I applied volini but after 1 month the pain returned.. I went to an orthopaedic who after looking at my lumbar xray told me i had a spasm in my lower back and gave me meds for 18 days and suggested physiotherapy for a week. In my xray my backbone was almost straight The medication helped but now after a week the pain is coming back slowly.... Idk what to do and i'm just 19

Joint pain is suffering from along periods And unable to sit continuously In a single place .filling pain in her knees.

I have joints pain like in my ankles, wrists , elbows, knees Moreover in my spine and I feel muscles being pulled (from last 4 days) From last night my jaw is hurting too Plus ESR test is normal RBC count is little less and platelets are higher Malarial test is normal too IGM is positive, iGg is negative

My mother’s age is 73 yrs with osteoarthritis stage 4.But there’s no pain or swelling.Is it possible? Xray indicates completely wornout knee bones lying on one another.Doctor suggested that she doesn’t need knee replacement till she complains of pain but he told that both the knees are damaged.If complains of pain at the age of 75 and above what to do?
