Suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis for 25 years aged 73 . Leg ulcers on the left leg. Immobile due to the disease.

Hi sir I have been suffering with knee joint pain since 1month pl help me ..I got an injury(i fell down)in January 2018 which took me 1 month to heal off.and that leg knee pain is more than left knee.i am 24 donno why my knees are paining at this short may due to my weight I gained weight in recent months.Is weight is my problem for knees or something.plz suggest what not to eat and what to doThanks in advance

I had broken my tibial bone3-4 years ago.since its give a problem to walk and stamina also get low.I have given cartoon picture below.My bone is exactly broken that type and made hole in it.No broken piece is found in accident.So it's made a gap between bone and because of it piece not big in picture but it's definitely like that type of broken tibia bone...I also went to govt.hospital but they told me it's small injury but I didn't walk enough on this leg

I got hit by a leather ball on my foot(just underneath where you tie your shoe lace). There isn't much swelling till now but it hurts while walking. Please suggest me some ways to heal it and deal with it.

While playing volleyball game my ankle started paining internally. Few days later the pain slightly increased. I went to orthopaedic dr at Guwahati. He told to take uric acid test & MRI scan. But report says nothing is there. Dr said to take rest for 3 weeks . Due to my job emergency I walked around 45km for 11 days. After few days the pain started again. Now I rested for 4 days in bed with proper medication. Still no use. The pain remains same. Please suggest me the best way to treat my ankle p
