I have a pain in my right side in pelvic region, I have seen some tight tumor type their please suggest what to do

I have being having this regular back pain for over 8 years that I cannot bend forward without serious pain.moreover,for the past 6 months I be behind experiencing a pain on my last rib on my right side and the pain sometimes goes to the right thigh and leg ,feet. I have a pain in my thumb .its seems like inflammation. No swelling I can move the finger in all sides...only when it touches to some things or when it is pressed by other finger it pains.

I have very low calcium level(Vit D)- 11.16 ng/mL and Vitamin B12-167.1 pg/mL. I get a cracking sounds when ever I fold my any joints be it at elbow or ankel  or knee. I have cosulted to doctors and they said it is normal but I feel that I am getting relief from some kind of pain when I fold my any joints and if I am getting sense of relief then I it raises a doubt of weaking or crushing of bones. I have attached reports for some tests suggested by doctors I consulted earlier. It is around 1 year old and I believe things must not have improved till then. Hi i think i have plantar fasciitis. I got few tests done and in one test ny vitamin D level is down. It was 11. Could this be a reason i have pain in feets ? But all the symptoms are same as of plantar fasciitis. Can somone please recommend a medicine ?

I have got a fracture in ulna in first and underwent ORIF surgery on 10th April, now plaster removed and physiotherapy started, but movement of the hand and strength not restored,  how much time it may take to restore full strength.

Why do my foot is twisting it self sometimes? It causing me pain. I've to apply the external force to oppose the twisting. How can I over come this? And how danger it is? Thank you docs
