Hi I have lateral malleolus fracture since 4weeks. It was in place and i was on mend for a week since the injury. And my xray last week(3rd week) showed that the gap in between got larger! It is getting further away from each other. Doc said to wait another 3weeks or do surgery. Do you think i will have a chance to heal naturally?

In a ligaments Tear which form of sikai is beneficial hot water or ice sikai . Please recommend.

The pain actually occurs when i move my right hand or stretch my hand pain occurs at almost 3-4 cm away from middle chest towards right side . But when i dont do any movement there is no pain
