I got Left foot pain after running for a month. I am unable to run now and it is painful. What should I do?

I agree with Dr Shivaraman. You need an x ray, and in some case you even need an mri if x ray does not show anything

It might be stress fracture. Consult orthopaedic doctor. Have an X-ray. Stop running at the moment
