Bone & Muscle problems

I suffered from a tibia open fracture in mid sept this year. The doctors did a ORIF, IM Nailing and left the broken fibula has it is. I was given 50% wb on the second week Now at 6 weeks, i was xray and doctor say he could see some bone growth. I was able to walk short distance with no crutches, and he told me to go on fwb. My question now is, while i am able to walk with no crutches, i cant seems to activate quads, glutes to help me take the stair even just a wee bit. The injured leg tend to "lock" instead of walking with a slight knee bend . Is there something i can do to improve this situation? Thank you all for the inputs.

Now a days i am feeling tiredness and frequently getting body pains. I am having Vitamin D deficiency because of that i am feeling like that...

My two legs problem left is ankee and right is knee am unable to walk. I try to walk bone taktak sound. Am surfing from last two day. Am preparing event for TS govt job . Present am working job  for the position in office only sitting. Two-day am practice the running and long jump. At the time I had pain left ankee and no swelling the legs.i don't using painkillers. But using volini spray., Ice tube, hot water.

Very low mobility. There is a pain behind the knee in the right leg. Unable to walk. Not sure if it is a nerve pain or bone pain

Minimal Joint Effusion on Left Knee as per MRI Report in August.The first month I was prescribed Meganeuron and Evion LC tabs. After 15 days started mild exercises.Did electro therapy and all exercises suggested by Physio.Beginning of Oct was asked to continue the exercises with hakf kg weights and started Naproxen tabs as well . Now my tabs are over and my pain is still there ( at times it gets worse), I can't stand walk or stand for long time, whole left leg feels weak.And now because of the weights my ankle has also started hurting. P.S: There was no actual injury too. The whole thing started when I was walking and my sandals broke and I dragged myself with my broken chappals and my leg for half a kilometre.Prior to this I was walking/ running till my Step Counter showed 10,000 steps. Any insight on my condition and further course of action would be much appreciated. Thanks!
