Pain in shoulder and back
Hi, some six months back, I started getting pain  in my upper right back. The pain was not exactly at the surface of the back, but somewhere beneath the surface. I visited a physiotherapist and she asked me to use home remedies like using hot water pad, correcting the sitting posture etc. After that, the pain was slightly reduced but it started all again in a matter of 10 days. But this time I didn't visit any doctor. The pain is mild not something unbearable hence I continued with my daily routine. However, during last 2-3 months, I have noticed that pain is spreading. Now my right shoulder bone is also paining and sometimes that pain is unbearable. I'm very much scared if this is sign of some serious disease. Any input on this will be greatly appreciated. Please help

This is called trapezitis or fibrofasciitis of upper back. Usually starts because of over strain or bad posture. Becomes chronic and worse as we don't take care of it. But still is amenable to physical therapy and medications. Please see your orthopedic
