IMPRESSION: Mild degenerative changes in the lumbar spine At L4-L5:  Diffuse posterior disc bulge along with ligamentum flavum thickening  abuts thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots , encroaches bilateral neural foramina  without compression of exiting nerve roots At L3-L4:  Mild posterior disc bulge abuts the thecal sac without neural compression

Having swelling in finger joint and knee with sever pain.I n ankle also felt pain . Having no blood suger issue. Anti ccp 0.50

I met with an accident twice since last year as I was learning how to ride a scooty properly that time. I got internal injuries in my knees(as I felt) but in my X-ray report nothing was seen. But with the passage of time I feel contraction in my knees and crackling sound too. I cannot bear the cold weather or air from air conditioners as my knees starts paining badly. What to do ? Will it take time to heal itself or am i suppose to see a doctor again ??

Apart from exercise I m taking babool powder ..what shud b added to it to get full benefits.X-ray shows cushion between d joint came a bit out .posterior ligaments is not vey clear in MRI .any suggestions or advice to get better ??

Sir, I fell knee pain after 6 months intervals.THe pain become intense with time. However, pathology test show the negative RA and ASO.

I've hypothyroidism now suffering with neck pain last month doctor has suggested arachitol medicine with excersice.last few days it's ok but again yesterday the pain is started.when I'm exposed to cool weather the pain will be starting.so please suggest any medications.
