Started working out at gym sometime back and now getting pain just below knee cap and lower back. knee pain mostly happens during workout or bending knee. lower back pain mostly happens in the morning.

Is any Ayurvedik balm for knee pain which is more effective . Any yoga exercise which will help to reduce this pain.
